These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlankDelay website at blankdelay.com and any digital software, license keys, or related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About BlankDelay
BlankDelay sells digital gaming optimization software and related digital products. All products are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
3. License & Use
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use on devices you own or control. You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute license keys
- Reverse engineer, crack, or bypass license protection
- Use our software for illegal purposes or to violate game/platform terms of service
- Claim our software as your own or remove branding where applicable
BlankDelay software is intended to optimize system and network performance. Results may vary by hardware, game, and network conditions. We do not guarantee specific in-game outcomes.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered via email and/or on-site download instructions after payment is confirmed. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. Contact us if you do not receive your order.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable once a license key is issued or the download is accessed. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
7. Account & License Security
You are responsible for keeping your license key and download links private. We may revoke licenses that are shared, abused, or obtained through fraud.
8. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of third-party games and platforms is subject to their own terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlankDelay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
