No refunds. All sales are final.
BlankDelay products are digital software delivered instantly with license keys. Once a key has been issued or the download has been accessed, the purchase cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
If you were charged and never received your key or download link, contact us on Discord with your Stripe receipt email and we will fulfill or fix the order.
